Processing Times

All orders are made with care in our studio.

  • Personalised & custom‑embroidered items: 5–10 business days

  • Non‑custom items: 2–4 business days

Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales events.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Australia: 2–8 business days

  • New Zealand: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.


Shipping Issues & Delays

Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, Coastal Edge Embroidery Co is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal services

  • Lost or stolen parcels

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

If an issue occurs, we’ll do our best to help you investigate with the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we can only update the address before your order has shipped.


Local Pickup (If Offered)

If local pickup becomes available, details will be listed at checkout.
