3. Embroidery & Customisation Embroidery is completed to order. Minor variations in thread colour, placement, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of the process. These are not considered faults.

4. Shipping Orders are shipped after production is complete. Shipping times are additional to the 4‑week production period. You will receive tracking once your order has been dispatched.
